CT TAG Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit (IRS EIN: 88-1526884), provides equipment, funding and training to Connecticut SWAT personnel. We are dedicated to sharing knowledge and training in order to provide the citizens of Connecticut with the most efficient and effective last line of defense.
Here at TAG we support the Connecticut SWAT community. Why? Because they're the tip of the pyramid, the best of the best. And as such, they're expected to be experts in their field. They also have a duty to share that knowledge and training with their fellow officers and the public. Knowledge such as active shooter response, school security, de-escalation, non-lethal techniques, medical aid, and anti-terrorism.
The plan is simple: Give the CT SWAT community the best training. Then provide them with the tools and resources to train their respective departments.
